The Patient Experience team has the patients’ best interest in mind, and advocate on their behalf during the hospital stay. Any concerns or questions that a patient, family member or caregiver has regarding the hospital experience, should be addressed to the Patient Experience Department.
If your concern about the quality or safety of care has not been resolved by our staff, you may report a concern and/or register a complaint with the Joint Commission, 800-994-6610.
