Working with Referring Physicians
The specialists at the NJ Neuroscience Institute listen and respond to the needs of referring physicians. They make every effort to ensure that the experience of referring a patient is satisfying and convenient for all involved. Because their goal is to be a partner in the patient’s care, specialists will inform referring physicians about each patient’s assessment and course of treatment. Written diagnostic findings and consultation reports will always follow testing and treatment in a timely fashion.The specialists prefer to be embraced as resources, always available to provide additional information or consultation, and believe that open communication with referring physicians is an essential component of quality patient care.
