The Diabetes Center of New Jersey, an affiliate of Solaris Health System, focuses on education and lifestyle changes aimed at helping people with diabetes lead full lives and reduce their risk of complications associated with the disease. Informational classes are offered to individuals with Type 1, Type II or gestational diabetes; instruction in behavior modification/weight loss and cooking also is provided. A free ongoing support group for patients and their families meets monthly.
