The Patient Representatives have the patients' best interest in mind, and advocates on their behalf during the hospital stay. Any concerns or questions that a patient, family member or caregiver has regarding the hospital experience, should be addressed with the Patient Representative(s). They are here to assist patients, helping individuals complete advance directives that outline personal health care decisions.
