8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Health Information Services (Medical Records) maintains the medical records of inpatients discharged from the hospital. Copies of medical records can be requested with appropriate patient authorization. A state-regulated fee may be charged for copies unless they are needed for continuing patient care.
