Tthe Center seeks to enhance the fitness experience of our community and employees and is designed to provide an environment for exercise and activity for the well-bodied and disabled. It features 45 pieces of aerobic equipment that includes treadmills, stair climbers, weight machines and apparatus for the physically challenged. A variety of programs -- such as smoking cessation, stress management, weight control, Tai Chi and aerobic dance -- are aslo offered. (Call for fee information.)
The staff of exercise physiologists and specialists conducts community outreach and is available to speak at local schools and organizations.
