Join us on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 for an exciting day of golf at our new venue - Colonia Country Club in Colonia New Jersey. Proceeds from this year's event benefit the JFK Hartwyck Nursing, Convalescent and Rehabilitation Centers. The Hartwycks offer specialized long-term care for individuals suffering from Alzheimer's or other dementia as well as specialized services and programs for individuals with acquired brain injury, Huntington's disease and individuals requiring sub-acute rehabilitation or long term care. Our residents are cared for in a supportive environment where they are encouraged to reach their highest potential.
