Promoting Active Living

The JFK Health & Fitness Center in Edison, New Jersey is designed to provide an environment of exercise activity for both well-bodied and special needs individuals. Our facility can help anyone to make a seamless transition from an outpatient rehabilitation setting to a new lifestyle that incorporates exercise and healthy habits. With over 5,000 square feet of space, the Health & Fitness Center offers a wide array of equipment, including treadmills, stair steppers, NuSteps, elliptical trainers, and a full circuit of resistance machines and free weights.

We focus on helping those not accustomed to physical activity develop safe and effective exercise routines. For our inventive approach to exercise, the Health & Fitness center was acknowledged as a NOVA-7 award-winning program.

Individuals joining our program may be asked to provide a physicians' clearance. After evaluation, clients are provided with an exercise program to help them meet their individual goals.

We also sponsor aerobic and step classes, massage therapy, tai chi, reiki, and personal training packages. Specialty classes such as ballroom dancing, improving your golf swing, and line dancing are also offered on a periodic basis. Memberships are reasonably priced based upon membership category.
