JFK Auxiliary Presents Reflections Tree Lighting
Edison, NJ- The Auxiliary of the JFK Medical Center Foundation invites the community to its Annual Reflections Tree Lighting Ceremony, on December 1, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. The ceremony will be held in the main lobby of JFK Medical Center, 65 James Street, Edison. The Reflections program is a way to honor the memory of someone dear by making a donation of $10 or more. The honorees’ name will be inscribed in a memorial book which is displayed in the main lobby of the Medical Center. Each name will be read during the Ceremony. The children’s choir from the JFK Keith Wold Preschool will perform and refreshments will be served. All donations will benefit the Auxiliary’s Scholarship Fund and youth education programs.
The Auxiliary of the JFK Medical Center Foundation is a volunteer organization that has assisted the needs of the Medical Center and the community for over 40 years with thousands of hours of volunteer time and fundraising activities that have enabled important advances that would otherwise have been impossible to achieve. Community members are encouraged to attend this ceremony and inquire about volunteering and becoming a member of the Auxiliary. The simple dedication of a few hours per week of volunteer time can make an extraordinary difference in the life of others. For information on participating in the Reflections program or becoming a volunteer, please contact the Auxiliary office at 732-321-7085 or log onto www.jfkmc.org.
