An Enduring Commitment to Our CommunityJFK Medical Center is an affiliate of JFK Health System. JFK is a not-for-profit health system that encompasses a full service acute care hospital, long term care, assisted living, a surgery center, rehabilitation and the JFK-Muhlenberg Campus in Plainfield.
JFK Health System is proud to provide healthcare services and so much more. From medical and dental services for the uninsured and underinsured, to health education and awareness programs, support groups, emergency preparedness training and community outreach, JFK is clearly focused on our Mission to provide quality and compassionate healthcare services to our many and diverse communities. JFK and their affiliates reach families in Middlesex, Union and Somerset counties and well beyond.
During 2010, JFK Health System provided more than $145 million in community benefits for thousands of individuals in Central New Jersey. While not every benefit we provide can be measured monetarily, the scope and magnitude of services we subsidize or provide to the community without reimbursement is impressive. These services and programs underscore the vital role that JFK Medical Center, the JFK Hartwyck Rehabilitation & Nursing Centers, the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute and all our affiliates in our community.
